If you are dissatisfied with the service or can't get it to work, no problem. You may request a refund of your setup fee within 30 days of payment by e-mailing support@simonics.com with details of your PayPal payment (Transaction ID and e-mail address used for the PayPal purchase). Under normal circumstances, refunds will be given within 24 hours of request.

Effective May 23, 2016, refunds are subject to a $1 processing fee.

Please do not initiate a PayPal dispute in order to get a refund. Refunds requested through our ticket system will be processed quickly. PayPal disputes will be processed within the maximum allowable timeframe.
